About me and my practiceI am a BABCP-accredited cognitive-behavioural psychotherapist who has worked in mental health and therapy for nearly 15 years. I support people of all ages, genders and backgrounds and I am experienced working with (among others) depression, generalised and social anxiety, PTSD, obsessive-compulsive disorder, body dysmorphia, health anxiety, panic disorder and phobia.
