About me and my practice
I am a BABCP-accredited cognitive-behavioural psychotherapist who has worked in mental health and therapy for nearly 15 years. I support people of all ages, genders and backgrounds and I am experienced working with (among others) depression, generalised and social anxiety, PTSD, obsessive-compulsive disorder, body dysmorphia, health anxiety, panic disorder and phobia.
Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT) is based on decades of scientific research and is recommended by the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence. There is an impressive body of evidence that shows that CBT techniques help bring about lasting improvement.
To get the most out of therapy, it is important for you to feel safe and validated. Providing my clients with a nurturing and non-judgemental environment is key to my work. I believe every person deserves a space where they can unashamedly be themselves and ask for the help they need to resolve their personal mental health challenges.
You matter, and your story deserves to be heard. With a little help, a better life is within reach.

BSc/MSc in Biology, Catholic University of Leuven, Belgium, 1994-1998.

Initial Consultation
Our initial sessions will be spent building a good understanding of your problem(s), which many clients find therapeutic and eye-opening in itself. This understanding is also the basis for a therapeutic plan tailored to your specific situation and needs, allowing us to systematically address your problems.
